If you want to live a healthy life, you’d better understand more on mental health. LSCOBA has invited two Old Boys to introduce and discuss on issues concerning mental health and emotional well-being. They are Dr Henry Cheung (1987), a psychiatrist, and Mr Vergo Cheng (2005), an educational psychologist. Dr Cheung will introduce some common mental illnesses in adults. Mr Cheng will share his observation on how youngsters could cope with adverse situations in life, how to handle stress and build up resilience.
