I would like to inform our Members that all ballots and proxy forms cast for the 3 resolutions have been sealed and would be safekept by the Administrator for a month from the date of the AGM, during which no one (including the Committee) can access or inspect the ballots and the proxy forms. Unless there are any written challenges or disputes raised to the Returning Officer regarding the AGM on or before 11 August 2026, the Administrator will destroy the ballots and the proxy forms. No hard copy or electronic copy will be kept.
