We all know our Old Boys engineers have taken part in many significant projects in Hong Kong, but hearing from them the true stories directly is something we would look forward to.
The LSCOBA Young Members Subcommittee has invited three Old Boys in Engineering to share their experience and bittersweet moments to work in the Engineering sector. The guests are senior managers and professional engineers who have all-rounded experience in corporate, contractor and consultant, and their practices cover Civil Engineering, Geotechnical Engineering, Railway, and M&E Engineering fields.
Through our Old Boys engineers’ sharing, this would equip our Members with a broader understanding of the Engineering industry, we hope to inspire young Members especially for those who aspire to join the industry.

Ir K. F. Chan is a registered professional engineer and a member of various learned societies in the field of building services, refrigeration, lighting, mechanical, electrical and electronic engineering. He has over 30 years of solid experience in design and build of electrical and mechanical systems. Currently he is also an Honorary Principal Lecturer of Part-time MSc Programs in HKU.

Ir Dr. Pang is the Chief Executive Officer of Asia Allied Infrastructure Holdings. Ir Dr. Pang graduated from the University of California, Berkeley, in the United States in 1997 with a Bachelor of Science degree and obtained a Master of Engineering degree in Civil and Environmental Engineering from MIT in the United States in 1998 and a Master degree in Business Administration from The Chinese University of Hong Kong in 2007. He also obtained a Doctor of Philosophy in Civil Engineering from the Hong Kong University of Science and Technology in 2014. Ir Dr. Pang is a member of the Institution of Civil Engineers, the United Kingdom and the Hong Kong Institution of Engineers and a Registered Professional Engineer in the State of California, United States. He has over 20 years of geotechnical design and construction experience in the United States and Hong Kong.
Ir Wilson Wong (Class of 2000) – Civil & Railway Engineering

Ir Wilson Wong is an all-rounded railway and transportation engineer who trained up under the engineering training scheme in MTR and accrued 12+ years of experience in railway and transit. He is highly conversant in both railway operation and project worldwide practices.
He is currently Committee Member of the Hong Kong Institution of Engineers (HKIE) and Transport Policy Committee of Chartered Institute of Logistics and Transport (CILTHK) and maintains a good network with the Government, various international transportation companies and institutions.
