First Message from Brian Tsang, LSCOBA President 2026-2027 (Summer 2026)

Dear Fellow Lasallians,

I am deeply privileged and honoured to serve as the 41st President of the La Salle College Old Boys’ Association (LSCOBA). I promise to do the absolute best of my ability and give everything to repay our beloved alma mater, which has nurtured us all.

May I first extend my heartfelt gratitude to La Salle College for giving us everything, and for providing the very foundation that allows us to get together under one proud name: Lasallian喇沙仔. I would also like to thank every fellow Lasallian who participated in this election, whether as candidates or voters; your deep concern and love for our alma mater is much needed and appreciated. My sincere thanks also go to our Returning Officer, Mr. Roger Lee (85), and his team, as well as the school management, teachers, and student helpers, for facilitating this election and was held in a completely fair, just, and open manner.

Crucially, I must express my deepest gratitude to all our Past Presidents and past committee members. It is their unwavering dedication and hard work that laid the strong foundation of our association today. They stand as true role models for us, and we have much to learn from their exemplary leadership and service.

I fully understand the immense challenges that lie ahead, but we must act together as one. We are all Lasallians. Through sincere and open communication, it is my hope that all our brothers can put aside differences and rebuild mutual trust. An election lasts for only a single day, but our Lasallian brotherhood is for a lifetime.

As my term begins, I will work closely with my committee and sub-committee members to deliver exactly what we have pledged: to unite, to promote, and to lead. Our core focus will be to:
。Establish a welcoming and inclusive OBA, expanding the representation of the association
。Actively reach out to Lasallians and humbly learn their needs
。Shoulder the responsibility to support our alma mater
。Enhance transparency and governance of the OBA

To turn these plans into reality, we will need your diverse talents and energy. We are currently finalizing the framework for our various sub-committees. Please stay tuned, as we will be opening the formal invitation for you to sign up and join us very soon. We look forward to welcoming everyone who is eager to contribute.

We solemnly pledge to listen, communicate, and support all our members. It is our mission to bring you back home to La Salle College, where we will always share an everlasting fraternity.

Yours in de La Salle,
Brian Tsang (02)
41st President, LSCOBA
