The Shell Fuel Card by LSCOBA and Lok Hei Development Ltd. (“Lok Hei”) offers you better discounts!
From 1 July 2021, the discounts for Fuel Card have been increased to HKD3.4/litre for petroleum and HKD8.6/litre for diesel at Shell petrol station (payment has to be made by direct debit and the discounts are not available at the two stations near the Hong Kong International Airport).
In addition to the attractive discounts, Lok Hei will remain its donation to LSCOBA as HKD0.20/litre, which means every mile you drive is contributing to the development of the School. For existing cardholders, the discounts have been updated automatically on 1 July 2021.

Applicants have to fill in “LSCOBA” and your LSCOBA membership number in the Referral part, and upload photocopies of your ID card, proof of address issued within the last 3 months, driving license, vehicle registration book and LSCOBA membership card.

Q: What should I do if I have forgotten my LSCOBA member number / lost my membership card?
A: Please email [email protected] with your full name and HKCEE / HKDSE year. Once you have received the response, please take a screenshot and upload it under the 會員或員工證 field. Leaving the 職員 / 會員編號 and 會員或員工證 fields empty in the form may result in processing delay or rejection of your application. If you are not yet a member of the LSCOBA, please follow the instructions here to apply.
Q: Is there a limitation of how many cars I can apply the fuel car for?
A: No, there is no limitation. You can apply for car(s) under your own name, under your family member’s name, or under your company’s name, as long as you are an LSCOBA member. Each fuel card is associated with one car based on the car plate.
Q: What’s the typical application processing time?
A: It usually takes around 2-3 weeks for Lok Hei Development Ltd. and banks to process your application.
Q: Which Shell gas station can I use the fuel card at?
A: The full list of Shell gas stations is available here. You can use the card in any of those except the two near the Hong Kong International Airport.
