HK$2,800 per team, with a maximum of 30 players.
Team entry fee should be settled by cheque made payable to 'La Salle College Old Boys' Association Limited'.

| Points to Note |
- As our parking facility is under renovation and the limited spaces available are only for regular patrons, we will NOT be able to provide parking for the event. Hence, we hope the participants can take public transportation. Alternatively, public spaces with parking meters are available a block or two from the school area.
- Away team will have to ensure that jersey color does not clash with home team.
- Teams should submit match entry form for every match.
