Clement Chan (88) informed Stephen Xavier (54), our legendary Old Boy sprinter, about our recent victory in Wan Chai.

Here is Stephen's response and message to the team and Bro Thomas.

Hi Clement,

Many thanks for your email informing about the great work done by our glorious La Salle College Athletic Team on the March 14, 2003. It is indeed good to hear that the boys have done so well this year. Please convey my very best to all and wishing them more success in the future. Please tell Bro. Thomas I also congratulate him for all the effects he has put into the boys training etc.

Clement my friend, please except by apology for not writing to you since my return from Hong Kong. I don't have any excuses to give except that I was just plain lazy and time passes by so quickly and as old age creeping up on me so quickly and my memory are not as good as they use to be, please forgive me. If there is anything that I may be able to do for you here in Sydney, please do not hesitate to let me know and I will certainly do my best. Do keep in touch as I am always glad to have news about the College. Thanks once again Clement and I look for to hear more news in the near future.
