The Board of Directors (the "Board") of La Salle College Old Boys' Association Limited ("LSCOBA") wishes to announce that, due to personal reasons, Mr. Dennis LAM ("Mr. Lam") has resigned as the Honorary Treasurer of LSCOBA with effect from 19th January 2009. The Board would like to express its gratitude for Mr. Lam's dedication to LSCOBA in the past.

The Board is pleased to announce that Mr. Raymond Wing-Chung CHUNG ("Mr. Chung") has been appointed (according to Article 23 of the Association) as the Honorary Treasurer of LSCOBA with effect from 19th January 2009.
