Dear Lasallians,

The LSCOBA Committee is in the process of compiling a special commemorative publication dedicated to the Christian Brothers of La Salle. We are targeting for this publication to be distributed at our Christmas Ball on December 5, 2003.

To make this publication a success and a worthwhile gift to our dear Christian Brothers, we would like to appeal for your generous input and contributions on any subject, material or memorabilia about our Brothers or La Salle in Hong Kong. In particular we are looking at gathering the following:-

• photographs of school life in La Salle and / or the Brothers (this will only be scanned and will be returned securely);
• various activities, news, stories or memories related to the Brothers;
• jokes, stories told by the Brothers;
• encounters or incidents that you experienced with the Brothers; &
• lessons you learnt from the Brothers, etc.

Input from old boys of all years are welcome, especially those from the older days like the 40's, 50's and 60's. With our collective actions, we believe that we can truly create something meaningful to thank our Christian Brothers in this very time of probably their final year of Principalship with our beloved Alma Mater.
