LSCOBA team application deadline: 5 February 2006

Application fee: HK$140 (Postage and a LSCOBA T-shirt included, you could either choose "athletics", "alumni" or "soccer")

Application method: Fill in the attached form, IF YOU HAVE SUCCESSFULLY REGISTERED FOR THE EVENT, and send us before the deadline.

You could settle by using your LSCOBA credit card or sending us a cheque. We encourage you in using your LSCOBA credit card.

Cheques should be made payable to the La Salle College Old Boys' Association Limited. Once we have received and settled your cheque, the T-shirt will be sent immediately.

10km runners, let's meet outside the Peninsular Hotel at 05:15 for group pictures; while 07:00 for Half-Marathon and Marathon.
