To apply for LSCOBA membership:-

1. Applicant must have completed at least one full academic year of studies in La Salle College; and
   1. if still a current LSC student at the time of application, has completed Form 5 education in LSC; or
   2. has attained 18 years of age
2. Download and fill in the application form:

3. Enclose one recent photo
4. Enclose appropriate application fee:
   
   • HK$200 for applicant who applies within 1 calendar year of graduating or leaving LSC
   • HK$500 for all other applicant
   • Cheques should be made payable to "La Salle College Old Boys' Association Ltd."
   • Cash should be handed in at the school office.
5. Send the completed application form, together with the photos and payment, to La Salle College Old Boys' Association Ltd., c/o La Salle College 18 La Salle Road, Kowloon
