1. Log on to the Directory by entering your Email ID and password.
2. Access the Photo Album section and submit your photos online to the upload folder.
3. You would then see several hyperlinks under the gray box area (top left-hand side) with the wording, "Folder function: Upload".
4. Click that link and follow the instructions on page. You can upload (copy) at most 3 pictures from your computer to the server at each time.
5. Repeat the previous two steps until all the pictures are transferred to the Photo Album.
6. After the uploading process is finished, you may also wish to add names or notes (known as properties) to each photo.
7. Browse the particular photo and from that page select "Photo Function: Properties".
8. The system will then present you with another screen to add or change properties to that photo.
9. Add descriptions or change the file name if necessary.
10. Click the "Save" button afterwards to update the changes.
11. Once you have finished uploading photos, please send an email to Administrators of Photoalbum to move your photos or folders to the appropriate section.

1. The sender's email server has too many emails waiting to be dispatched, therefore, it may take a certain period of time to stay in the sending queue. This may also happen to the receiver’s email server when there are a lot of emails pending to be delivered in the receiving queue.
2. The receiver's email server may experience failures. Depending on the complicity of the failure, the time required to fix the problem may vary from hours to days. As our email forwarding service does not store any incoming email, the delay caused by our system should be negligible. In most cases, delays are caused by the receiver's email server. It is advised that users should contact his email service provider directly if the delay is serious and/or continuous.
